So we built a digital-only lead gen concept: upload your invoice, fill in a short form, and get a call from a telecom expert. Simple idea. Smart proof of concept.

The Challenge

SOHO customers have real quality and service needs, but kept getting lost in residential campaigns that didn't speak their language. Telenet's SOHO sales pipeline was running dry: not enough leads, not enough qualified traffic, no scalable way to reach this audience through existing channels..

Our Approach

We turned the invoice into the hook. Upload your current telecom bill, get a tailored callback from an expert, and walk away with a better deal. Deliberately digital-only and built to test-and-learn first, then optimize and automate. AI-generated creatives brought three SOHO profiles to life: a freelancer, a plumber, a florist, making the campaign feel relevant across the segment. Media ran full-funnel across Meta, YouTube, Google, and display, with budget weighted toward conversion and sharp audience exclusions to keep spend efficient.

Results

Cost efficiency across the board, with CPM, CPC, and CPV well below estimates. It is the start of a long term approach and has resulted in a clear, scalable playbook for the SOHO segment.
