Your role

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our Build team. You'll work on a wide range of digital campaigns, interactive advertising, social content, and branded experiences for national and international clients.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual design foundation, a passion for animation, and a desire to continuously learn new tools and technologies.

What you’ll do

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
• Design and animate HTML5 banners, social media content, and interactive experiences.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, developers, and account teams.
• Translate creative concepts into high-quality visual executions.
• Optimize animations for web, mobile, and advertising platforms.
• Stay up to date with emerging motion design and interactive design trends.

Who you are

• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design and animation skills.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Animate, or a willingness to learn.
• Experience with Rive, or a strong interest in interactive animation and motion design.
• Good understanding of timing, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating polished work.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Bonus points if you have knowledge of HTML5 advertising production, experience with interactive animations and motion systems, a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), or experience working in an agency environment 😉
