✍️ Your role

As a (Senior) Concept Copywriter, you don’t just write, you think, shape, and sell ideas.

You’re at the heart of the creative process, crafting concepts and translating them into words that connect, convince, and convert.

You:

• Lead the development of compelling campaign narratives

• Co-create strong concepts with Art Directors and Designers

• Turn strategic insights into creative ideas that land

• Bring consistency and impact across all touchpoints

From big campaign ideas to sharp social copy, you make every word count.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Shape storytelling across every stage of a campaign

• (Co)create campaign concepts and define strong creative directions

• Translate big ideas into channel-specific messages and formats

• Craft powerful copy for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms alike

• Ensure consistency between concept, tone of voice, and brand identity

• Present ideas and concepts to clients with confidence and clarity

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, (motion) Designers, Strategy, and Client Services

💡 Who you are

• You have 10+ years of experience as a concept copywriter

• You’re Dutch or French speaking (FR profiles more than welcome 👀)

• You’re a concept thinker and storyteller at heart

• You combine creative excellence with strategic thinking

• You effortlessly translate brand strategy into creative ideas that stick

• You can write everything from manifestos that move boardrooms to campaign lines that stand the test of time

• You think across channels and understand how ideas live throughout the funnel

• You’re a strong collaborator who elevates the team

• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and with impact

• You have a sharp eye for tone, detail, and craft

• You can take ownership and push ideas forward
