✨ Your role

As an Account Executive, you’re the connecting force between clients, creatives, strategists, media experts, and project teams.

You keep projects moving, communication flowing, and clients smiling.

You:

• Support the daily management of campaigns and client relationships

• Help coordinate projects from briefing to delivery

• Spot opportunities, risks, and details before they become problems

• Make sure everyone stays aligned and deadlines stay realistic

• Bring positive energy, ownership, and structure to the team

You’re hands-on, eager to learn, and not afraid to take initiative.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Support the Account team in managing client projects and campaigns

• Coordinate timing, feedback, briefings, and deliverables

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

• Help ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and on time

• Keep track of details, budgets, planning, and follow-ups

• Build strong client relationships based on trust and reliability

• Identify opportunities to improve the work and the process

• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams

💡 Who you are

• You have 0–2 years of experience in an agency or communication-related role

• You’re fluent in Dutch and English (French is a +)

• You have a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality

• You’re organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

• You know how to get things done and keep calm under pressure

• You’re a strong communicator, internally and externally

• Clients trust you, colleagues love working with you

• You’re a true team player (we > me)

• You have a healthy dose of common sense and humor

• And yes, you work hard, but also know how to have fun
